Questions people ask
Do I type the paw print?
No. The paw print is part of the design and is added at the end of the name automatically.
Will it tarnish?
It is stainless steel, which resists tarnish with everyday wear. To keep the finish bright, take it off before swimming and store it dry.
When will it arrive?
Each piece is made to order and ships within 3 to 5 business days, then travels with free tracked shipping to Canada and the US.
Shipping & returns
Every piece is made to order and ships in about 5 business days. Standard shipping to Canada and the US is free and tracked.
Pieces without personalization can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Personalized pieces and earrings are final sale. If anything arrives damaged or not as you ordered, contact us within 48 hours and we will replace it.
Care
Take it off before swimming, showering or exercise, keep it away from perfume and lotion, and store it dry. A soft cloth brings back the shine.
